Delivery 

Prices are quoted exclusive of postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified in the Delivery page. Deliveries are by general post or by courier service. Our courier requires that the recipient be able to sign for the package so please use a delivery address where that is possible during working hours, in addition to a phone number so arrangements can be made. If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted, the delivery person will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and agree a time for to reattempt delivery. 

There will be no charge incurred for a second attempted delivery. If their subsequent delivery attempts after the second attempt is not successful the customer will incur an additional delivery charge. If the product is returned to Sealore, we will issue a refund of the cost of the product less the postage fees.

Goods must be signed for and received by a person 18 years of age or older.

We endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt of the same.  

As Sealore products are all hand made in micro batches, some products may be made to order, if this applies to your order we will notify you by email stating the expected delivery time.  Where there is a delay or likelihood of delay in the supply of products, we will advise you as soon as is practical. 

If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive to you, please note that An Post and Royal Mail will not consider a parcel missing until 21 days from dispatch have passed. We cannot resend the missing order until after this time.

 

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will happily refund any unwanted goods returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. All unwanted goods must be returned in an unopened, unused, as new condition with the original packaging and any free samples/free gifts received. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them less the true cost to us for shipping the item to you. 

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.  Please ensure that it is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are sent at your risk. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. 

Damaged goods

We pack each order with care and attention, however in the unlikely event that an order is damaged during transit you must report damages within 24 hours of delivery. It is important that each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you or your authorized agent immediately upon delivery. Sealore will not be responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours. 

Due to Sealore’s organic status we do not use any strong chemicals/ingredients to stabilise or maintain our products in a uniform state, so, unfortunately, some small variations may occur. Change in consistency of some products may occur if the product is exposed to high temperatures. If melting of any product occurs, place it in a cool place or in the fridge until it sets. The texture may be  altered slightly but the effectiveness of the product will not be affected. We cannot issue refunds for melted products.

Due to the high organic nature of Sealore’s  products, variations in batches do occur, this is the nature of using only organic, natural  ingredients. Some batches may differ from one another even though the source, quantities and processing of the ingredients remain the same. No returns will be accepted unless there is found to be an issue with the entire batch of the product in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Amendments & Cancellations

If you wish to amend your order  please contact us within 24 hours by email at info@sealore.com and we will be pleased to do this without further charges. However, this is only possible if we receive your new instructions before your order has been dispatched. 

 

Promotions

Discount codes may be offered from time to time. Code will be issued with the timeframe in which the code will be valid for. Sealore reserves the right to withdraw promotions and promotional codes at any time. 

When running promotions on the website, we reserve the right to prevent the use of additional discount codes/vouchers on products that are already part of a promotion on the website.

Customers should be aware that the use of promotional discount codes can affect the application of the minimum spend to activate free delivery. 

Once an order has been completed a discount code can not be added. Please be mindful about adding your coupon before you proceed to place an order.

Modifications

If we decide to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions we will post them on our website. We will inform our registered customers about changes by email 15 days prior to the changes taking effect.
