By using this Website you are agreeing, to be bound by these terms and conditions. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Website. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, you should stop using the Website immediately. If you do not read our terms and conditions of use, you should not use this Website. These terms and conditions represent the entire understanding and agreement between you and Sealore Marine Botanicals relating to the use of this Website and supersede any and all prior statements, understandings or agreements whether oral or written and shall not be modified except in writing, signed by you and by Sealore Marine Botanicals.

These terms and conditions apply only to this Website.  It does not extend to any websites that can be accessed from this Website including, but not limited to, any links we may provide to social media websites. This Website is for use by people who are 18 years and over only.

All content, logo and other visual media created by Sealore  is our property and is protected by copyright laws and may not be used by any other parties without permission of Sealore Marine Botanicals 

Product Information 

All photos of products, descriptive specifications, and advertising issued on this website are published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in them. They will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you. 

Due to the high organic nature of Sealore products, variations in batches do occur, this is the nature of using only organic natural ingredients. You may notice some slight variations in colour and consistency between batches even though the source, quantities and processing of the ingredients remain the same.

Pricing

 We are entitled to make adjustments to the Price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or the imposition of any new taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the Price for the Products on the Website is wrong.  If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to change. All sale prices quoted are valid only while stocks last or for a specified period of time. 

 Delivery costs will be added to the total amount at checkout. 

Making a Purchase

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. If in the unlikely event of an item forming part of your order is out of stock, we will inform you of this by email and indicate when the item will be back in stock. You have the right to cancel your order at this point if you wish. 

 Where part of your order is out of stock , we will dispatch the in stock items first and send the remaining items to you once the items are available. We will keep you updated by email if this applies to your order. You will not be charged any additional postage costs for the out of stock items. 

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not accept changes to orders after they have been placed. Therefore, please be sure that your order is correct before confirming your order.

Once you've placed an order on sealore.com, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. This acknowledgment does not imply an acceptance of the order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed. 

For orders paid via credit or debit cards, your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

In order to purchase from this website, you must be over 18 years or more and possess a valid credit/debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Your order will only be processed if your credit card billing address and card security code can be verified by our credit card payment acquisition company. If your order is accepted we will inform you through email. When placing an order you undertake that all the details provided by you to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the goods.

Damaged goods

We pack each order with care and attention, however in the unlikely event that an order is damaged during transit you must report damages within 24 hours of delivery. It is important that each item is carefully and thoroughly inspected by you or your authorized agent immediately upon delivery. Sealore will not be responsible for any damage not reported within 24 hours. 

Due to Sealore’s organic status we do not use any strong chemicals/ingredients to stabilise or maintain our products in a uniform state, so, unfortunately, some small variations may occur. Change in consistency of some products may occur if the product is exposed to high temperatures. If melting of any product occurs, place it in a cool place or in the fridge until it sets. The texture may be  altered slightly but the effectiveness of the product will not be affected. We cannot issue refunds for melted products.

Due to the high organic nature of Sealore’s  products, variations in batches do occur, this is the nature of using only organic, natural  ingredients. Some batches may differ from one another even though the source, quantities and processing of the ingredients remain the same. No returns will be accepted unless there is found to be an issue with the entire batch of the product in question.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Amendments & Cancellations

If you wish to amend your order  please contact us within 24 hours by email at info@sealore.com and we will be pleased to do this without further charges. However, this is only possible if we receive your new instructions before your order has been dispatched. 

Promotions

Discount codes may be offered from time to time. Code will be issued with the timeframe in which the code will be valid for. Sealore reserves the right to withdraw promotions and promotional codes at any time. 

When running promotions on the website, we reserve the right to prevent the use of additional discount codes/vouchers on products that are already part of a promotion on the website.

Customers should be aware that the use of promotional discount codes can affect the application of the minimum spend to activate free delivery. 

Once an order has been completed a discount code can not be added. Please be mindful about adding your coupon before you proceed to place an order.

If we decide to make any changes to our Terms and Conditions we will post them on our website. We will inform our registered customers about changes by email 15 days prior to the changes taking effect.
